Smooth check in, no reason to complain!!!

Great choice for weekend. Absolutely superb and delicious breakfast — a good choice of meals. Modern and normal double room with a nice interior.

Great service from the staff who really make an effort. Awesome location near a famous museum. Plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. 🍴

The staff were extremely cheerful. Our double room included coffee, tea making facilities, and a safe.- The restaurant was nice and served breakfast and dinner for every budget.- Truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and can't recommend 

The location within walking distance of a gallery and a palace was fantastic, and the double room I booked had convenient amenities like coffee, tea making facilities, and a safe box available.

Convenient accommodation with extremely cheerful and cheerful staff members on the reception desk. Unbeatable and enjoyable location walking distance to convenience stores and shops. It also was walking distance to a hill and a park. Cosy 

The location of the property was marvellous, close to Gloucester Road station. Had brunch in the Gloucester Arms, located nearby. The breakfast I had was savoury and delicious with great coffee and fresh fruits, for instance. 

Convenient location with a supermarket and a convenience store nearby. It's also close to a bus stop, which makes getting around easy 🚌.

The rooms were spotless, with a great shower, a comfortable king size bed, and a modern bathroom, plus the staff were fantastic.

The location here is perfect, near Gloucester Road station, and the bed is really comfortable; the double room with coffee, tea-making facilities, and a safe is amazing.

The staff were all highly efficient. the room was reasonably large with a single bed. the location was marvellous and particularly good. For example, a world-famous museum was at a medium distance from the hotel. It was located near a bus

Lovely and delicious breakfast, good choice of food and beverages. Compact room with exemplary services and a fairly clean bathroom. Very central location, just a short stroll away from a public research university.  

Gorgeous hotel with exceptionally comfortable beds. Excellent bar and breakfast with great coffee and toast. Large room with excellent service during our comfortable stay. Free wifi was a nice bonus.
